Jenn Collins L.Ac MSOM is the Founder and CEO of Acuhub - a company that offers remote reception services for holistic healthcare clinics in North America. Acuhub hires, trains, and manages a team of highly trained US based remote receptionists who answer your clinic calls and manage your cloud based schedule. A dedicated receptionist informs your callers about your services and policies, onboards new patients, and ensures that your patients are well cared for from the first point of contact. Acuhub receptionists act as if sitting at your front desk and callers rarely know the difference. Jenn currently manages two thriving acupuncture clinics in southern Oregon with a team of 7 practitioners and has been a Jane user since 2016. One of her passions is helping other practitioners manage thriving wellness centers and healthcare clinics. In her spare time, she loves to spend time in the outdoors hiking, camping, canoeing, and whitewater rafting all over the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
