Yes. Every Jane account includes the cost of the first practitioner in the base price. You can add additional staff anytime, and we'll only charge for profiles that book appointments on the schedule.

Admin or support staff who don't have appointments booked under their profile are free of charge.

The cost depends on your plan and how many hours each practitioner books per week.

• Balance plan: Limited to one practitioner profile.
• Practice and Thrive plans: Add as many practitioner profiles as you need, and adjust them month to month as hours change.

In Jane, we call these additional bookable profiles "licenses." (This has nothing to do with your professional license — it's just a software term for a practitioner profile that can take bookings.)

• Part-time practitioner: Books fewer than 24 hours per week (half-license)
• Full-time practitioner: Books more than 24 hours per week (full license)
• Licenses can't be split or shared between more than one person.

On the Balance plan, you can book up to 20 One-on-One (1:1) and Group Appointments, or Classes with up to 20 attendees per month.

If you are booking both 1:1/Group Appointment and Classes, a helpful way to think about it is to look at how many invoices will be created. You can book sessions that will create up to 20 invoices each month.

You can add Insurance Billing features to your Practice or Thrive plan for $20/month. If you have additional practitioners working in your account, adding Insurance Billing will increase their fee by $5/full-timer and $2.50/part-timer. Please see 'How does Jane charge for additional practitioners?' above for details on part-time vs. full-time.

Unlike some of Jane's add-ons (like Online Appointments for Groups or AI Scribe), which can be added for just the practitioners who want to use them, Insurance Billing features are added to your entire account. That's why the additional fee will apply to your overall license count, rather than per individual provider.

• There are no additional costs for support with data imports or migrations.
• Our team will walk you through the process and advise on steps you will need to take to access data, and how we can help.
• We’ll ensure your data is set up in Jane to our best ability, at no extra cost.
• We suggest booking your import right when you’ve signed up for Jane. Imports are booked around 10 days ahead, and your data will be imported on the day you’ve selected it to be complete once you’ve provided our team with your data.

• You can schedule a free Account Setup Consultation as part of your setup with Jane.
• You can schedule unlimited follow-up sessions with our Support Team.

For sure! We have two different options for account cancellations, based on your needs.

• If you’ll require frequent access, we recommend downgrading to the Balance plan. You’ll maintain full access to your account, for 1 user, at a discounted rate.
• If you require access in an exceptional circumstance, just reach out to our team and we’ll help you get access for a limited time period e.g. 24 hours.
