Jodi Dinnerman is the owner of Lightsource Chiropractic. Not only is she the sole staff member of her clinic bringing over twenty years of experience to her patients, but she is also a published author and the creator SEWP school, an online school for wellness practitioners, looking for real-deal systems and solutions to succeeding in practice with little to no staff.
I run a family-wellness chiropractic practice in NJ. I have been at it for quite some time, since 2001. I love love love adjusting moms’ before, during, and after baby. I have a spring in my step and a passion for seeing people get downright silly. My superpower is finding any persons tickle-spot. I am an expert mistake maker and solution creator, and nothing lights me up more than sharing my lessons learned with other wellness practitioners.
Oh boy! Not sure the decision was mine. After my first adjustment (chiropractic treatment) I was hooked, in love, mesmerized. I wanted more, yesterday…if ya know what I mean. Still do. So, here I am, most of my life later, still loving it.
I couldn’t resonate with the solutions that I was finding to figure out how to automate my practice systems. I kept hitting walls, so…I created the solution! The STAFFLESS PRACTICE SUCCESS SYSTEM was born! What to do with the phone, the money, the schedule, the ALL OF IT. It’s all in there and it’s all so good.
At Staffless Practice we serve wellness practitioners looking for front-desk solutions with no staff, or with staff who only do what they are TRULY great at doing, helping people. We also serve one-to-one strategies to our community, providing an online learning platform (SEWP SCHOOL) and so much more.
We also help our community members get set up on Jane App. It took me a long time, a lot of hours, and a lot of mistakes made - to get all of my content in to get started with Jane. We want to make that process easy for you! So, we created a copy/paste do-it-for-you solution to get our community members up and running.
Hmm - biggest personal success - my two kids. They are awesome. My biggest professional success - the lives touched through chiropractic and remaining in love with the process. Really, I am truly in love with my craft and impact it has on my clients’ lives.
I first heard of Jane and met her with resistance. Truth be told. I wasn’t ready for change. I wasn’t ready to leave my old-school ways. And then, I needed to be. I needed change, my back was TOTALLY up against the wall. The seed had already been planted, so I knew, when the time came, Jane would be my solution. I liked how clean the system was. I liked the versatility, the price, and I really LOVED the staff. I’ve been here over two years now.
I can say wholeheartedly that Jane makes it so much easier and smoother to run a staffless practice than anything else I’ve researched.
First and foremost, I love your team. The customer service is second to none. I also love how the Jane Community truly LOVES to help, serve, and provide good solutions. They really care about getting it right. That means a lot in this day and age.
I also love the versatility of Jane. I love that I can be anywhere working and have access to what I need, and still be compliant. And, bottom line, the programme just works really well.
The charts. I offer all of my charts to our students, and it is HUGE for them to not have to recreate all of the wheels, for every form they need. They love it, and that makes me love it. There are over seven-thousand templates already, created by real people working in my profession. You can really hit the ground running with Jane.

I would tell them to call me. Because once I have them on the phone, it’s done. LOL. No, really I would tell them that it will make their practice experience a whole lot smoother, and if they are staffless - it’s really a no-brainer. Jane goes to Staffless Practice as peanut butter goes to jelly. It just works. I am super grateful that I get to be here, doing this at this moment.
