Mental Health Therapist
Jennifer Cooper Nobo (she/her) is a licensed therapist who helps burnt-out people-pleasers set boundaries, build self-trust, and reconnect with who they are outside of others' expectations. She specializes in working with millennials who look like they have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, resentful, or disconnected on the inside. Jennifer is the founder of Food Mood Therapists and brings a warm, validating, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. With a background in social work and a deep understanding of how childhood roles and family dynamics shape adult patterns, she helps clients unlearn self-sacrificing habits so they can start living for themselves - not just for everyone else. She also loves coaching for fellow therapists who want to grow sustainable, values-aligned practices without burning out through Instagram.
