Changing Your Jane Payments Banking Information

Need to update the bank account that your Jane Payments transactions are deposited to? You can do this in just a minute or two, all right within Jane!

Note: If you are changing from a personal bank account to a business one, you’ll need to change your Jane Payments account type - please reach out to our Support Team for the next steps at [email protected].

Head to your Settings > Jane Payments area, and click on the pencil icon beside your account.

Under Payout Details, select Go To Stripe.

From there, you’ll be sent over to Stripe’s dashboard. From here, first click on the Profile icon located in the bottom-left corner of the page.

Then, scroll down to the Payout details area and click Edit.

You’ll see a window pop up on the right-hand side, here you will need to verify your account information by either entering the current bank account number or choosing to verify your identity instead.

Finally, choose the Bank account option, enter your information, and hit Save.

📍Note: While you may see the option to select a Debit Card, please note that standard payouts through Jane Payments must be directed to a bank account. To ensure your payouts are successfully deposited, be sure to enter valid bank account details when updating your banking information.
