Now that we’ve covered the fundamentals, it’s time to take your learning to the next level. These features are great options to explore as you deepen your use of Jane throughout your clinic.
Summaries of your clinic’s day-to-day operations can be generated quickly and easily through Jane’s Reports feature. Reports can be used to gain insight about your clinic’s patients, appointments and billing. The Billing reports are particularly useful for tracking cash flow, showing taxes invoiced or collected, reconciling your daily POS cash-out, and calculating your clinic’s payroll.
With Clinical Surveys, you can collect information from a patient before or after their scheduled in-person appointment, or at the time of booking online. Ratings & Reviews allows you to automatically reach out to your patients after an appointment to collect valuable feedback about their experience.
Jane’s Timesheets feature is here to make payroll a little easier. This feature is designed for administrators who are paid hourly, but it can be helpful for anyone who needs to track payable hours that are not directly tied to treating patients — like team meetings, admin tasks, or any other duties outside of patient care. It’s a straightforward way to log hours, manage payroll data, and keep everyone’s time organized.
When clients purchase a Jane gift card online or in person, it creates a unique code that they can share with a loved one or use themselves. Check out this guide for an overview of the common workflows you’ll want to know in order to get started.
