Updating Your Clinic Email Address & Phone Number

Need to update your clinic’s contact information? Whether you’re updating the email and phone number that clients see or making sure Jane has the right details on file for billing and account communications, we’ve got you covered.

There are two places to make updates, depending on who the information is for: your clients or the Jane team. Let’s walk through both!

Updating your clinic email & phone number for clients

When you first open your Jane account, the clinic-wide email address you provide becomes the one that appears throughout your online booking site and on all client-facing notifications and reminders. It’s also where you’ll receive replies from clients who reply to notifications.

To update your clinic-wide email address, head to Settings > Locations, then click Edit next to the location you’d like to update.

Scroll to the Contact Info section, where you’ll see fields for both Email and Phone Number. Enter your preferred contact details, then click Save to confirm your changes. These updates will appear on your online booking site and in client-facing communications.

Updating your clinic email and phone number for your Jane subscription

If you need to change the contact information that Jane uses to reach your clinic, such as for subscription invoices, account updates, or product news, you can do that in your Jane Subscription settings.

This update can only be made by the Account Owner. To make changes, head to Settings > Jane Subscription and click on the Contact Info tab. From there, you can update your Company Email and Phone Number. Once you’re done, just click Update Account to save your changes.
